Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 25 g millet flakes
- 20 g cereal (5-grain flakes)
- 20 g oat flakes
- 70 g water
- 70 g milk, or soy milk or oat milk
- e.g. honey or bananas, pureed, to sweeten
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon or gingerbread spice, optional
- possibly water or milk additionally
- 1 serving of fresh fruit or fruit puree, compote of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes
healthy breakfast
Bring the milk, water, and salt to a boil, then stir in the three types of cereal and cook briefly while stirring. Remove from the heat and let it swell briefly. If the porridge is too thick, add a little more water or milk. Season to taste with cinnamon, gingerbread spice, and honey. Serve with fresh fruit, fruit puree, or compote.
