Multigrain porridge

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 25 g millet flakes
  • 20 g cereal (5-grain flakes)
  • 20 g oat flakes
  • 70 g water
  • 70 g milk, or soy milk or oat milk
  • e.g. honey or bananas, pureed, to sweeten
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon or gingerbread spice, optional
  • possibly water or milk additionally
  • 1 serving of fresh fruit or fruit puree, compote of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Bring the milk, water, and salt to a boil, then stir in the three types of cereal and cook briefly while stirring. Remove from the heat and let it swell briefly. If the porridge is too thick, add a little more water or milk. Season to taste with cinnamon, gingerbread spice, and honey. Serve with fresh fruit, fruit puree, or compote.
