Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 liter multivitamin juice
  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 8 tbsp glucose

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Whisk or blend all ingredients in a bowl and chill. The drinking yogurt tastes best when well chilled.
