Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ¾ liter of juice (multivitamin juice, 100% fruit content)
  • 500 g gelling sugar (2:1)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the juice and gelling sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring. Boil gently for about 4 minutes, stirring continuously. Pour hot mixture into prepared jars and immediately cover with lids.
