Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g spaghetti or macaroni
- 250 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 jar sprouts (mung beans)
- 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- curry powder
- Garlic salt
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook spaghetti or macaroni in plenty of salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, brown the ground beef in the heated olive oil, then slowly add the mung bean sprouts to taste. Next, combine the tomato paste with 1 tablespoon of water and stir in. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, curry powder, and a pinch of garlic salt. Stir one last time and serve the spaghetti à la Uncle Thomas.
