Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 spring onions
- 1 kohlrabi
- 4 carrots
- 150 ml beef broth
- 200 ml cream
- 1 tsp red curry paste
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp processed cheese
- ½ pack of cream cheese
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
with carrots and kohlrabi
Slice the spring onions into rings, and the kohlrabi and carrots into small strips. Then, brown the minced meat in a pan and add the spring onions. When the minced meat is halfway cooked, add the kohlrabi and carrots. After 2-3 minutes, add the tomato paste and fry lightly, then deglaze with the beef broth. Then add the curry paste, processed cheese, and cream cheese. Finally, deglaze with cream and simmer until the minced meat reaches the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper. Rice, pasta, and potatoes make excellent side dishes.
