Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 m.-large zucchini
- 1 small eggplant(s)
- 5 m.-large tomato(s)
- 1 pkt. cheese, grated
- 3 tbsp crème fraîche
- Spice(s) as desired
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
First, slice the zucchini and eggplant and lightly sauté them in a pan with a little oil. Meanwhile, slice the tomatoes and mix the grated cheese and crème fraîche in a bowl. Alternate the tomatoes, zucchini, and eggplant in a baking dish and spread the grated cheese over them. Season to taste and bake in the oven at 175°C (350°F) for 10-15 minutes.
