Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp, heaped flour
- 1 pinch(s) smoked salt
- 4 large mushrooms, brown
- 1 onion(s)
- 75 g ham, diced
- black pepper
- Oil for the pans
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Mix eggs, flour, and salt into a smooth batter, then season with pepper to taste. Dice the onion fairly well and the mushrooms fairly well. Fry the onion and mushrooms in a pan with a little oil. At the same time, fry the omelet batter in a small (20 cm) pan with a little oil or clarified butter. When the onion cubes begin to turn translucent, add the ham and fry everything briefly again. Turn the omelet over and cook on the other side. If desired, place a slice of cheese on the first-cooked side of the omelet, turn it over again, and melt the cheese for just a few seconds. Place the omelet on a plate and pour the mushroom and onion mixture over it.
