Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g meat sausage
- 4 medium-sized egg yolks
- 250 g mushrooms
- 400 ml cream
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Dice the sausage, onions, and mushrooms. Brown the sausage, then add the onions and mushrooms and cook. Mix the cream and egg yolk, add, and cook until smooth. Finally, add the finely chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper. Serve with rice.
