Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 tbsp oil, neutral
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 250 g tomatoes
  • 300 g mushrooms, can
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • pepper
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Sauté the onion rings in the heated oil. Slice the tomatoes and layer them on top, season lightly with salt, and add the drained mushrooms. Sauté briefly over low heat. Mix the eggs, milk, and spices, pour over the mushrooms, and let them set. Sprinkle generously with parsley and serve.
