Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g cornstarch
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 150 g butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 200 g flour
  • flavoring, (orange flavoring) to taste
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Cocoa powder
  • Sugar, fine

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Quickly knead the ingredients into a shortcrust pastry, wrap in cling film, and chill for about 2 hours. Preheat oven to 170-180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper, form small balls from the dough, place them on the tray, then dip the clean neck of a small bottle into the cocoa powder and press it into the ball, creating a small stem with a cocoa powder rim. Bake for 10-20 minutes, checking visually. Once cooled, dust with fine caster sugar.
