Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 jar mushrooms, sliced ​​(1st choice)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 tbsp, strained broth, instant
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • curry powder
  • some cornstarch
  • 1 cup of cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

for raclette, fondue or grilling

Dice the onions and sauté them in butter, then add the mushrooms. Add a little pepper and parsley. Cover and simmer briefly over low heat. Then add the cream and stock powder. Season to taste, adding a pinch of sugar if desired. Thicken with cornstarch.
