Mushroom cream sauce for pasta

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g mushrooms or other mushrooms
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • some milk
  • ½ garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly processed cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quickly conjured up

Finely chop (or press) the garlic and fry it in hot oil. Add the mushrooms (halved if desired) and fry them. Add the cream cheese and melt. If you prefer a thinner sauce, you can add more milk. Season to taste with salt and pepper (or other spices). I like to add a slice of processed cheese. I personally don’t like onions, but I can imagine frying them with the garlic would go well with the sauce.
