Mushroom Cream Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Poultry stock
  • 200 g Cream
  • 200 g Milk
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 15 g Onion
  • 1 g Clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 0,5 tsp Ground pepper white
  • 1 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Milk (additional)

Instructions
 

  • Chop the mushrooms, dice the onion and garlic very finely. Mix the milk, cream and poultry stock together.
  • Fry the mushrooms with onion and garlic in butter for 3 minutes. Add spices, toss briefly once. Deglaze with the cream mixture, simmer for 5 minutes. Add the lemon juice and dissolve about 3 teaspoons of cornstarch in a little milk. Thicken the sauce with it.
