Ingredients
- 200 g Poultry stock
- 200 g Cream
- 200 g Milk
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 15 g Onion
- 1 g Clove of garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 0,5 tsp Ground pepper white
- 1 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Milk (additional)
Instructions
- Chop the mushrooms, dice the onion and garlic very finely. Mix the milk, cream and poultry stock together.
- Fry the mushrooms with onion and garlic in butter for 3 minutes. Add spices, toss briefly once. Deglaze with the cream mixture, simmer for 5 minutes. Add the lemon juice and dissolve about 3 teaspoons of cornstarch in a little milk. Thicken the sauce with it.
