- 500 g quark, low-fat
- 200 g cream
- 9 marshmallows, standard size
- 3 m.-sized banana(s)
- lemon juice
- 3 sheets of gelatin

with quark and bananas
Stir the quark until smooth, then stir in the well-whipped cream. Marinate the banana slices in lemon juice and add them. Dissolve the gelatin, which has been soaked in cold water, with a little water and quickly stir in. Then, using a wooden spoon, fold the crushed marshmallows into the cream. To make a cake, pour the mixture into an aluminum foil ring and let it stiffen. Or, pour into glass bowls and serve with dessert. Garnish with mini marshmallows, if desired.
