Mushroom Cream Soup

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Cleaned mushrooms
  • 1 Onion
  • 35 g Butter
  • 35 g Wheat flour
  • 1 L Hot vegetable broth
  • 1 cup Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Salt pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the mushrooms into slices. Peel and dice the onion
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion and mushroom slices while stirring. Add the flour and stir in.
  • Then pour in the broth and stir with a whisk, being careful not to create any lumps. Bring the soup to a boil and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Puree the soup, stir in the creme fraiche and season with salt and pepper. Good Appetite 🙂
