♥ Mushroom Cream Soup ♥

The perfect ♥ mushroom cream soup ♥ recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 gr Cleaned mushrooms
  • 1 Onion
  • 35 gr Butter
  • 35 gr Wheat flour
  • 1 liter Hot vegetable broth
  • 1 a cup Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Salt pepper
  1. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Peel and dice the onion
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion and mushroom slices while stirring. Add the flour and stir in.
  3. Then pour in the broth and stir with a whisk, being careful not to create any lumps. Bring the soup to a boil and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Puree the soup, stir in the creme fraiche and season with salt and pepper. Good Appetite 🙂
