Ingredients
- 500 g Cleaned mushrooms
- 1 Onion
- 35 g Butter
- 35 g Wheat flour
- 1 L Hot vegetable broth
- 1 cup Creme fraiche Cheese
- Salt pepper
Instructions
- Cut the mushrooms into slices. Peel and dice the onion
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion and mushroom slices while stirring. Add the flour and stir in.
- Then pour in the broth and stir with a whisk, being careful not to create any lumps. Bring the soup to a boil and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Puree the soup, stir in the creme fraiche and season with salt and pepper. Good Appetite 🙂
