Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 30 g Cocoa powder
  • 30 g Salt
  • 100 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 180 ml Milk
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 100 g Chocolate chips or chocolate shavings
  • 200 g Cream
  • 100 g Chopped chocolate
  • 1 packet Cream stiffener

Instructions
 

  • I. FOR THE DOUGH: 1. Put flour, baking powder, cocoa, salt in a container and stir 2. Add soft butter, sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla sugar and mix 3. Stir in chocolate chips or crumble. Fill into muffin molds and bake in a preheated oven (180 ° C) for about 20 minutes. Take out of the oven after 20 minutes and let cool down. II. FOR THE TOPPING 1. Heat the cream and pour over the chopped chocolate 2. Stir well and place in the refrigerator to cool 3. Take it out of the refrigerator after approx. 3 hours and stir the mixture first with the mixer on a low level 4. Then add the cream stiffener and mix to a cream mixture at the highest level. 5. When the mixture is firm, spray the muffins with a disposable bag and decorate as desired. Preparation without topping includes baking and cooling for 45 minutes, with topping it can take about 4 hours
