Mushroom fritters

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 2 onions, 60 g each
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • Salt
  • Butter, for the pan

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Clean and wash the mushrooms, mince them with the peeled onions. Mix in the eggs, sour cream, and flour, and season with salt. Heat the butter in a pan, add the mushroom mixture using a small, pancake-sized ladle, spread it thinly, and fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve with a green salad. This recipe is enough for two people as a main meal, or for four people as an appetizer or a small snack. This recipe is also perfect for using up leftover mushrooms from the day before; the quantities will need to be reduced accordingly.
