Mushroom fritters

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g mushrooms, brown
  • 500 g potatoes, floury, peeled
  • 1 onion(s), very finely diced
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Scrub the mushrooms thoroughly and chop finely. Grate the potatoes finely. Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly. Heat oil in a pan and add a spoonful of batter to the pan, spreading it out slightly, and fry the fritters until browned on both sides.
