Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp oil
- 150 g onion(s)
- 500 g mushrooms
- 200 g potatoes
- 20 g flour
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- salt and pepper
- Parsley
- Paprika powder
- Herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Sauté finely chopped onions in oil, add cleaned and sliced mushrooms, paprika, and peeled, diced potatoes. Season with salt and pepper, and simmer covered. Once the mushrooms are soft, dust with flour and season with sour cream, plenty of parsley, and herbs.
