Mushroom goulash with paprika

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 125 ml water
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 125 ml cream
  • Vegetable broth, instant

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Carefully wash and thinly slice the mushrooms, dice the onion and bell peppers. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the vegetables. Add water and season with salt, pepper, vegetable stock, and lemon juice. Then sauté everything for about 15 minutes. Add the cream just before serving and season to taste.
