Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms, brown
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 slices of toast
  • 4 slice(s) roast pork – cold cuts
  • 125 ml cream
  • 4 tbsp cheese, grated (Emmental or Gouda)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat the grill, dice the onion, and slice the mushrooms. Sauté the onions in butter, add the mushrooms, and brown lightly. Mix the cream with the flour, thicken the mushrooms, and season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Stir in the parsley. Toast the bread, top with the roast and mushrooms, and sprinkle with cheese. Grill briefly.
