Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g mushrooms, fresh
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 baguette(s)
- 80 ml soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine) or cream
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Parsley
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp margarine
- possibly cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
vegetarian, vegan possible
Dice the onion and mushrooms. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat the margarine in a pan and fry the diced onion with the mushrooms and garlic for 3-4 minutes. Add the soy cream and parsley, turn off the heat, and season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Cut the baguette in half and top with the mixture. Non-vegans can sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake the baguette for about 10 minutes at approximately 190°C (top/bottom heat).
