Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g farfalle (butterfly pasta)
- 4 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- 300 g mushrooms, fresh or frozen
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Briefly fry the thinly sliced mushrooms in hot oil. Add the drained pasta and season with salt and pepper. Stir well and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
