Prepare a quark-oil dough for the base using egg, flour, olive oil, quark, baking powder, and salt. Tip: The longer you knead, the softer and more tender the dough will be, making it much easier to roll out. Now roll out the dough and spread it on a large, square or two round baking sheets (each prepared). Fry diced onions and sliced mushrooms in a pan with a little hot olive oil, then cook for about 5 minutes. Add the sour cream and cream cheese, season well, and season to taste. Spread this mixture over the dough. Tip: If you like, you can also add fresh herbs such as parsley, chives, oregano, etc. Now place the sour cream cake in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C (convection oven), until the dough is nice and crispy. Note: Using only low-fat ingredients will result in a delicious, vegetarian feast.
