Roquefort pears

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 bulb(s)
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • 100 g cheese (Roquefort)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 8 cherries (cocktail cherries)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel, halve, core, and hollow out the pears. Drizzle with lemon juice. Then roll in the walnuts. Crush the Roquefort and mix with the butter. Transfer to a piping bag and pipe onto the pear halves. Serve garnished with the cherries. Tip: Serve with buttered white bread.
