Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g potatoes
- 400 g mushrooms
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 50 g bacon
- some spring onions
- 10 g clarified butter
- basil
- Caraway seeds
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Dice the bacon and fry in a pan with clarified butter. Remove the bacon from the pan. Fry the potato cubes and leek pieces in the pan for 5 minutes. Add the sliced mushrooms. Continue frying for another 8-10 minutes. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, add the herbs and tomatoes and season.
