  • 200 g potatoes
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g bacon
  • some spring onions
  • 10 g clarified butter
  • basil
  • Caraway seeds
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the bacon and fry in a pan with clarified butter. Remove the bacon from the pan. Fry the potato cubes and leek pieces in the pan for 5 minutes. Add the sliced ​​mushrooms. Continue frying for another 8-10 minutes. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, add the herbs and tomatoes and season.
