Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 200 ml cream
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 100 ml broth
  • 50 g Emmental cheese, grated
  • oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Wash the spring onions and slice them into rings. Peel the garlic and chop or press it. Heat oil in a pan, add the mushrooms, and let them sizzle. Add the spring onions and fry. Stir in the garlic, cream, and broth. Season with salt, sugar, and pepper. Finally, add the grated cheese, stir in, and let it melt. Serve with rice.
