Mushroom pan with garlic sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 200 ml crème fraîche with herbs
  • 100 ml sour cream
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 tsp, crushed paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 tsp sautéed oregano
  • 1 tsp, sautéed rosemary
  • 1 tsp, sautéed basil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

For the garlic sauce, combine the crème fraîche, sour cream, and cream. Add the crushed garlic and season with herbs, salt, and pepper. Let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Depending on their size, leave them whole, halve them, or quarter them. Sauté them in a pan with olive oil for 5 minutes. Then add the onions and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve the mushrooms with the sauce. Serve with a baguette.
