Mushroom salad with yogurt and soy sauce dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 300 g low-fat yogurt
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

It couldn’t be healthier – also great as a pasta sauce

Clean the mushrooms and cut into small pieces. Finely chop the parsley and sprinkle over the mushrooms. Pour the low-fat yogurt and 3 tablespoons of soy sauce over the mushrooms and mix well. Let stand for about 1 hour before serving. It’s great as a small snack with white bread, as a side dish with meat, or even as a cold pasta sauce.
