  • 500 g sea salt, coarse
  • 4 tbsp mushrooms, dried, ground

Instructions

For the salt mill, simply mix the salt with the ground mushrooms thoroughly. For the salt shaker, grind the salt as well. This works quite well in an old coffee grinder. Then mix well. Wrap it up nicely, and you’ll have a small gift ready in just a few minutes. This salt goes very well with scrambled eggs, tomatoes, and mashed potatoes. But our imagination knows no bounds.
