- 150 g Salt
- 50 g Dried mushrooms
- 12 g Garlic granules
- 10 g Dried parsley
- 10 piece Allspice grains
- 6 g Onion granules
- 3 g Black peppercorns
- Grind the dried mushrooms separately and sift them in a bowl.
- Mix all other ingredients and grind gradually. Add sieved to the mushroom powder and mix well.
