Mushroom Skewers

The perfect mushroom skewers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Medium sized mushrooms
  • 1 cups French cream cheese with chives 150 g (here: BRESSO)
  • 1 pack Black Forest ham 80 g
  • 4 Shish kebab skewers
  • 6 tbsp Oil
  • 4 Discs Kiwi for garnish
  • 1 Sesame ring
  1. Clean and brush the mushrooms, twist out / cut the stems. For the filling, mix the cream cheese (150 g) with chopped Black Forest ham. Fill the mushrooms with the cream cheese / ham mixture, put 2 mushrooms with the filling side together and carefully place on the kebab skewers (4 pairs per skewer / makes 4 skewers). Fry the mushroom skewers in a pan with OIL (6 tbsp) for about 4 – 5 minutes, garnish with kiwi slices and serve with sesame rings.
