Shrimp, Mushroom and Onion Skewers

  • 225 g Shrimp tails TK
  • 200 g Small mushrooms (18 pieces)
  • 100 g Onion wedges
  • 4 Shish kebab sticks
  • 4 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
  • 8 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 8 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 100 ml Chili sauce
  • Rolls or baguettes
  1. Thaw the shrimp tails, rinse with cold water, pat dry with kitchen paper, fry in a pan with sunflower oil (2 tbsp) on both sides and remove. Clean / brush mushrooms and fry briefly on both sides in a pan with sunflower oil (2 tbsp) and remove. Peel and quarter the onion, separate into individual wedges, fry / stir-fry briefly in the prawn pan with sweet soy sauce (1 tbsp) and remove. Thread all ingredients (fried mushrooms, shrimp tails and onion wedges) one after the other onto 4 shish kebab sticks, season with salt (8 big pinches) and pepper (8 big pinches) and bake / bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 4 – 6 minutes. In the meantime, add the sweet chilli sauce (100 ml / here: from the Asia shop) to the shrimp pan, stir in the sweet soy sauce (1 tbsp) and let everything boil down a little. Place the shrimp, mushroom and onion skewers on 2 plates, drizzle with the warm, sweet chilli sweet soy sauce sauce and serve with a roll or baguette.
