Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 tbsp onion(s), finely chopped
  • some parsley
  • 300 g mushrooms, small, halved
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Sauté the halved mushrooms in butter with the onion, season, and sauté until soft. Top with 4 slices of toasted white bread and garnish with parsley. Serve with a mixed salad.
