Mushrooms à la crème with white wine

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g mushrooms, medium-sized, cleaned
  • 1 pinch(s) thyme
  • 1 pinch(s) basil
  • 1 pinch(s) of oregano
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Sauté the mushrooms in olive oil for 3 minutes over moderate heat and season lightly with salt. Add the basil, thyme, and oregano. Braise the mushrooms for 6 minutes over moderate heat with the lid closed. Combine the white wine and crème fraîche and add to the mushrooms. Simmer the mushrooms in the sauce for 2-3 minutes, then reduce the sauce. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley.
