- 200 g ham
- ½ bunch parsley
- 750 g potatoes, boiled
- 100 g flour
- 1 egg(s)
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Butter or oil for frying
Instructions

Finely chop the ham and parsley. Finely grate the potatoes, mix in the flour and eggs, and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. On a floured surface, form the dough into a log, cut into approximately 2 cm wide slices, and fry in hot butter or oil until golden brown.
