Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g mushrooms
- 5 tbsp oil
- 2 pinches of salt
- 3 pinches of pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
filled with a light sauce
First, combine the oil, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl and mix well. Then, remove the stems from the mushrooms and pour the sauce into the mushrooms. Bake at 180°C (convection oven) for 15 minutes.
