Mushrooms in Gorgonzola sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 100 ml sour cream
  • 100g Gorgonzola
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Peel and finely chop the onion, and sauté it in 1 teaspoon of hot butter. Then add the mushroom slices and simmer, covered, over low heat for about 15 minutes. Heat the remaining butter and dissolve the Gorgonzola in it. Add the sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Add to the mushrooms and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
