Mushrooms on Skewer / Pear and Onion Skewer
The perfect mushrooms on skewer / pear and onion skewer recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Mushroom
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- Wooden skewers
- 2 piece Fresh, medium-sized onions
- 2 piece Turkish mini pears, alternatively firm pears
- Honey liquid
Mushrooms
- Clean the mushrooms and cut into 2cm slices and prick on the wooden skewers. then season with salt and pepper and marinate with olive oil. Fry in the pan or cook in the oven.
Onion and pear skewers
- Peel and quarter the onions, then cut them into slices. Cut the pears into 2-3 cm thick slices. You now spear everything alternately on the wooden skewers, salt, pepper and pour olive oil over it. Then drizzle everything with honey and fry in the pan or slowly cook in a baking dish in the oven. Just super delicious …..
