Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g mushrooms
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 1 handful of cheese, grated (Tilsiter/Gouda)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Finely chop the stems. Mix the stems with the egg and cheese. Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture and place in a small baking dish. Pour the remaining mixture into a cocotte and place a stuffed mushroom in the center. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. Arrange and serve.
