Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g poultry, cooked
- 4 pineapple slices
- 2 orange(s), peeled
- 2 banana(s), peeled
- 2 eggs, hard boiled
- 50 g walnuts
- lemon juice
- Salt
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp vegetable broth
- 2 slices of pineapple
- 2 orange(s), sliced
- 1 head of lettuce
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the chicken, pineapple slices, peeled oranges, and bananas into equal-sized cubes. Roughly chop the hard-boiled eggs and walnuts. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix gently. Make a marinade from mayonnaise, chicken broth, lemon juice, and salt and use it to dress the salad ingredients. Wash and trim the lettuce and place it on a platter or bowl. Arrange the salad on top and garnish with pineapple and orange slices to serve.
