Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 egg yolks, hard-boiled
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp mustard, fine

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

based on a recipe by Mary Hahn (1920)

Mix the egg yolks with salt, pepper, butter, and mustard and press through a fine sieve. Serve with cold meat according to the original recipe.
