Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 butter
- 2 tbsp mustard (French Dijon mustard or grainy mustard)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon(s), grated zest of an untreated
- 1 tbsp chives, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Beat the butter until fluffy. Then add the mustard. Now add the lemon juice and grated lemon zest and mix well. Finally, add some chives. Wrap the butter mixture in cling film and shape into a log. Let it set in the refrigerator.
