Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 90 ml olive oil
- 30 ml vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot or hotter
- 1 tsp crème fraîche if necessary
- 1 pinch(s) of black pepper, coarsely ground
- herbs of your choice (e.g. chives, cress, etc.)

easy to make, easy to store
This dressing is best prepared using a baby bottle, as it needs to be shaken well and the bottle has a measuring scale. Pour the oil and vinegar into the bottle and shake well. Then add the salt and shake well again. Add the mustard and shake well again. If desired, add the crème fraîche and pepper and shake well again. Pour this dressing over the salad. Sprinkle with herbs of your choice, if desired.
