Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp water
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp dill, chopped (if not fresh, then dried dill tips)
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 3 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes
Combine the vinegar, water, and honey with the mustard. Add the oil and whisk until smooth, using a little more oil if necessary. Add the dill sprigs and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over the prepared lamb’s lettuce just before serving.
