Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp horseradish, fresh or from the jar
  • 1 tbsp mustard, sweet
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or an oil to taste
  • 2 tbsp water
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and shake well. Perfect with mixed salads.
