Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg smoked pork, boneless
  • Mustard, medium hot
  • 3 cups of cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Brush the smoked pork generously with mustard and refrigerate overnight in a freezer bag. The next day, transfer it to a casserole dish and pour over 3-4 cups of sweet cream. Then place it in the oven, covered, and roast at 200°C for 45 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 175°C and roast uncovered for another 45 minutes. If you have a larger piece of smoked pork, allow 1 1/4 – 1 1/2 hours per kg for roasting time.
