Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 750 g potatoes
- 100 ml cream
- 100 ml milk
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- 30 g margarine
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. Combine the cream and milk and season generously with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Layer the potatoes in a dish and pour the cream mixture over them. Sprinkle with fat flakes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30-35 minutes.
