Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 30 g butter
  • 30 g flour
  • 500 ml water
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Melt the butter in a saucepan, mix with the flour, and wait until golden brown. Then add the water, stir well, and add the mustard. Bring back to a boil. Serve with fish and potatoes.
