Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pork steak(s) (minute),
- some mustard, Bautzner, medium hot
- 2 eggs
- some breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, hot
- Margarine, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
simply delicious and irresistible
Place the minute steak in a freezer bag and pound it thinly; trim the fat if necessary. Brush the meat on both sides with mustard (don’t be stingy) and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Dip the schnitzels in the beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Heat the margarine in a pan and fry the schnitzels until golden brown.
